Troubleshooting tips for outlook add-in

Important: This is not for the COM add-in, or "plugin" as many refer to it as. The plugin is named "VMR connection info". If you need help with that, reach out to us on support@videonor.com

The add-in is not showing up in my Outlook
Make sure the Outlook version you are using is supported. If the add-in was deployed recently by your IT administrator, please allow up to 12 hours to pass before expecting it to become available.

Supported outlook clients:
Outlook clients included in Office 2013 and beyond are supported.
Outlook clients included in Office 2016 for Mac and beyond are supported.

Unable to log in
Make sure you have a Videonor account.
Goto https://admin.videonor.com and attempt to login with your email-address. If it does not work, try the password reset procedure. If you're unable to login, contact your it-admin or Videonor support. If your credentials work on the admin page, they will also work in the add-in.
