My sign-in for CMA / Acano stopped working!

We have recently made a change that might require a password reset from you (it does not affect all users). Regrettably- there is no way we can alert you in the client itself which is why it might have come as a surprise.

As always, with generic looking emails, remember to check your junk-mail for password-reset instructions.
Should you be unable to reset your own password, or your user simply does not work, contact us on support via email:

Let us know what sign-in username you used previously (that enable us to help you much quicker).
